Welcome to Drive Ease. By booking or using our chauffeur services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our services or website https://drive-ease.com.
1. About Our Service
Drive Ease provides professional chauffeur services where our drivers operate the client’s personal vehicle. We do not provide or rent vehicles. Our service is designed to offer convenience, safety, and luxury while you enjoy the comfort of your own car.
2. Bookings and Payments

Bookings may be made online, by phone, or through direct communication with Drive Ease.

Service rates will be confirmed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extended hours, tolls, or changes to the agreed itinerary.

Payment is due at the completion of the service unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Drive Ease reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for safety or compliance reasons.
3. Vehicle Condition and Insurance

The client is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is in safe, roadworthy condition and properly insured in accordance with New York State law.

Drive Ease assumes that the client’s insurance policy covers additional drivers. Clients are responsible for verifying this coverage with their insurer prior to booking.

Drive Ease is not responsible for any mechanical issues, breakdowns, or vehicle malfunctions that occur during service.
4. Liability

While our chauffeurs are trained and professional, Drive Ease is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries arising from:

Pre-existing vehicle defects or unsafe vehicle conditions

Accidents caused by other motorists or external factors beyond our control

Items lost or left in the client’s vehicle

Drive Ease maintains appropriate business liability insurance but does not replace or supplement the client’s vehicle insurance coverage.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Provide accurate trip details at the time of booking

Ensure the vehicle is legally registered, insured, and roadworthy

Refrain from using the vehicle during service without notifying the chauffeur

Treat all chauffeurs with respect and follow lawful and safe conduct during service
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service to avoid a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur up to 100% of the booking fee.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
7. Safety Policy
Drive Ease chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if:

The client’s vehicle is deemed unsafe to drive

The client or passengers behave in an abusive, threatening, or unlawful manner

Driving conditions present unreasonable risk (e.g., extreme weather or unsafe roads)
8. Privacy and Data
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or during bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Modifications
Drive Ease reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
