2. Do your chauffeurs have proper licenses and insurance?

Yes. All Drive Ease chauffeurs are fully licensed, background-checked, and professionally trained. Our company also carries business liability coverage, though clients must ensure their vehicle insurance allows authorized drivers to operate their car.

3. How do I book a chauffeur?

You can book a driver by visiting drive-ease.com, calling us at 914-548-8685, email us at go.driveease@gmail.com. We recommend booking in advance, especially for special events or peak travel times.

4. What areas do you service?

Drive Ease proudly serves New York City, Westchester County, Long Island, and surrounding areas. For travel outside these regions, please contact us to confirm availability.

5. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur a fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge. To reschedule, simply call or email us — we’ll do our best to accommodate your new time.

6. Can the chauffeur wait during my appointment or event?

Yes. Our chauffeurs can wait with your vehicle while you attend your meeting, appointment, or event. You are billed based on your service package and if more time you will be billed hourly for any extra time.

7. Are your chauffeurs required to wear uniforms?

Absolutely. All Drive Ease chauffeurs are professionally dressed in formal attire, ensuring a polished and discreet appearance that aligns with our luxury service standards.

8. Do you offer services for special occasions or corporate clients?

Yes. Drive Ease caters to special events, weddings, corporate functions, and private travel. Whether you need a driver for a single occasion or ongoing executive service, we tailor each booking to your needs.

9. What happens if there’s an accident while the chauffeur is driving my car?

Our chauffeurs are experienced and trained to drive safely and responsibly. However, since we operate your personal vehicle, any accident or damage would typically be covered under your existing auto insurance policy. We encourage clients to confirm that their insurance covers additional drivers.

10. Can I request a specific chauffeur for my trips?

Yes, returning clients are welcome to request a preferred chauffeur. We’ll do our best to honor requests based on availability and scheduling.
